Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your SMEUp account and the data associated with it at any time.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to contact@smess.vn from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my SMEUp account".

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything. If you email from a different address we will ask you to confirm from the registered one.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile information
Your business content — customers, products, invoices and campaigns
Your support chat history
Your device push-notification tokens

What we may keep

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example invoicing and accounting records that we are obliged to keep for a statutory period, and security logs. Anything retained for these reasons is kept only for as long as the obligation lasts, and is not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

We acknowledge deletion requests within one business day and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.

This cannot be undone

Deleting your account is permanent. Once your business data has been deleted we cannot recover it. If you want to keep a copy, ask us for an export before requesting deletion — see Your rights in the Privacy Policy.
