Xoá tài khoản của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi xoá tài khoản SMEUp và dữ liệu liên quan bất cứ lúc nào.
Yêu cầu xoá qua email
Gửi email tới hi@smess.vn từ chính địa chỉ email đã đăng ký tài khoản, với tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản SMEUp".
Chúng tôi xác minh yêu cầu đến từ chủ tài khoản trước khi xoá bất kỳ dữ liệu nào. Nếu bạn gửi từ địa chỉ khác, chúng tôi sẽ đề nghị xác nhận lại từ email đã đăng ký.
Những gì sẽ bị xoá
- Tài khoản và thông tin đăng nhập của bạn
- Thông tin hồ sơ cá nhân
- Nội dung kinh doanh — khách hàng, sản phẩm, hoá đơn và chiến dịch
- Lịch sử trò chuyện hỗ trợ
- Mã thiết bị nhận thông báo đẩy
Những gì chúng tôi có thể phải giữ lại
Chúng tôi có thể giữ một số hồ sơ giới hạn khi pháp luật yêu cầu — ví dụ chứng từ hoá đơn và kế toán phải lưu trong thời hạn luật định, và nhật ký bảo mật. Những dữ liệu giữ lại vì lý do này chỉ được lưu trong thời gian nghĩa vụ còn hiệu lực và không dùng cho mục đích nào khác.
Mất bao lâu
Chúng tôi xác nhận yêu cầu xoá trong vòng một ngày làm việc và hoàn tất việc xoá trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi xác minh yêu cầu.
Không thể hoàn tác
Việc xoá tài khoản là vĩnh viễn. Sau khi dữ liệu kinh doanh đã bị xoá, chúng tôi không thể khôi phục. Nếu bạn muốn giữ một bản sao, hãy yêu cầu xuất dữ liệu trước khi yêu cầu xoá — xem mục Quyền của bạn trong Chính sách bảo mật.

Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your SMEUp account and the data associated with it at any time.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to hi@smess.vn from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my SMEUp account".
We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything. If you email from a different address we will ask you to confirm from the registered one.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile information
- Your business content — customers, products, invoices and campaigns
- Your support chat history
- Your device push-notification tokens
What we may keep
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example invoicing and accounting records that we are obliged to keep for a statutory period, and security logs. Anything retained for these reasons is kept only for as long as the obligation lasts, and is not used for any other purpose.
How long it takes
We acknowledge deletion requests within one business day and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
This cannot be undone
Deleting your account is permanent. Once your business data has been deleted we cannot recover it. If you want to keep a copy, ask us for an export before requesting deletion — see Your rights in the Privacy Policy.
