How SMEUp collects, uses and protects your data.

Who we are
SMEUp is operated by SME Services Cloud ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or about your data, contact contact@smess.vn.
What we collect

We do not ask for or collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone, or your camera.
Customer data you enter
SMEUp is a business tool, so much of what you store is information about your customers. That information belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service to you — we do not use it for our own purposes, and we do not sell it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the customer information you put into SMEUp.
How we use your data

- To send notifications you have asked for or agreed to
- To answer your support requests
- To keep the service secure, reliable and free from abuse
- To meet our legal obligations
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data for advertising or for cross-app tracking.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your business content.
Who we share it with
We share data only where it is necessary to run the service:
- Apple Push Notification service — to deliver push notifications to your device, if you enable them.
- Our hosting providers — who host the servers the app talks to.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
Our in-app chat and email are operated on our own infrastructure, not by a third-party messaging provider.
Where your data is stored
Your data is held on servers we operate through our hosting providers. It is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we are required to keep certain records to meet a legal or accounting obligation. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your account and your data
- restrict or object to how we process your data
To exercise any of these, email contact@smess.vn. We will respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within the time limits that apply to us by law.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time — see Delete your account.
Children
SMEUp is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, authenticated access, and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
